Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Major defects should be reported within 3 days of delivery - NO EXCEPTIONS! If you encounter any problems with your order within the first 10 days, don't hesitate to reach out to us and we'll work with you as best as we can!

We offer multiple options in glitters, solids, patterns, and embellishments! Want to design your own Bow? Looking for a specific piece for your Hair Bling? Use our Contact Page to send us a message before placing your order and we'll work hard to bring your creation to life! That being said, because of variations in computer screens, actual colors may be slightly different than what appears on your own screen.

We are located in Hoffman Estates, IL. 

All of our bows are made to order! As long as our colors and embellishments are in stock at the time of your purchase, we'll ship your order within 5-7 days which will include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address at the time of checkout! If the tracking information confirms delivery to your order address but you have not received it, please contact USPS at the number below in order to investigate this issue. We are not responsible for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
